Natural Medicine for Depression

1. Nutritional approaches
a. Eliminate sugar / food additives / caffeineb. Food sensitivity elimination and challenge: most common allergens are dairy, wheat (and other gluten grains), yeast, sugar, coffee, eggs, preservatives, citrus, tomatoes
