IV Nutrient Infusion Therapy
"I come for an infusion once or twice a month. There are many different formulas for each individual’s needs. I receive a vitamin C infusion with B12 and a glutathione drip. Within only a few hours after the treatment, I feel like a brand new, vibrant person. I have Primary Sjögren's Syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis along with some other maladies. The infusions have helped me maintain a normal, nearly pain-free lifestyle along with much improved blood analysis. I figure skate for a hobby & believe that my overall well-being, happiness & mobility is due to the infusions. The nurses at the Rothfeld Center walk you through the process & their kind personalities make it easy breezy!"
"My experience with Vit C IV has always been positive. The very first time I had an infusion, I felt like my lungs were cleared, almost like removing lint from the dryer, and I was able to breathe. Why Use IV Nutrient Infusions?
Intravenous (IV) nutrition is a method of feeding vitamins, minerals, and other natural substances directly into a patient’s bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system.
When substances are given orally they must be processed through the stomach and the intestines, and many substances may either be rendered inactive in the digestive tract, or may not be well absorbed due to poor intestinal function.
By directly administering nutrients to the body, higher than normal blood levels can be achieved. These increased levels can provide an immediate therapeutic response by correcting deficiencies that may arise from a disease state.
Scientific research has demonstrated that a variety of conditions can benefit from the use of IV nutrition. A few of the conditions that may be helped using IV nutrition techniques include hypertension, COPD, asthma, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes, hepatitis, the common cold, and even cancer.
All of the intravenous protocols used at the Rothfeld Center have been thoroughly researched and have been shown to be effective in the treatment of certain conditions.
