New Patient Information

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our practice. We look forward to working with you toward better health and a more vibrant life.

If you or someone you know would like to become a new patient, please complete the following:

  1. Carefully read over our New Patient Frequently Asked Questions.
  2. Call and speak to the new patient coordinator at 781-736-1901 x 150.
  3. If you do not reach someone directly, please leave a message and wait patiently for someone to return your call, usually within 3-5 business days. We appreciate how hard this can be, and understand the urgency new patients feel to book an appointment as soon as possible. We respond to all inquiries in the order that they are received, so please hang in there, and know that we will be reaching out to you before you know it. We encourage you to read the articles on our blog and read about some of the treatments we offer.
  4. After you have scheduled, please log into the patient portal and complete the My medical profile questionnaire along with the e-consent forms. If you have labs or records at other doctors' offices that you'd like to have available for your first appointment, please contact those offices and have them sent over to us.

We look forward to meeting you and working with you soon!

More about your first appointment:

Our office is in Waltham, MA. Generally, the first visit is scheduled for an hour. At that time the provider will review all of your medical history as well as your current symptoms. Based on the information they gather at that first visit, they will determine what they would like ordered for lab testing. Lab testing is usually quite comprehensive, and most are blood tests. You may also be sent home with additional collection kits, such as saliva, urine or stool testing.

At your second appointment, your provider will review all of your laboratory results and give treatment recommendations. Treatments can include supplements, dietary recommendations, IV nutrient therapy, sublingual immunotherapy, etc. They can and will prescribe pharmaceuticals as needed but typically try to use a more alternative approach. Please note that we are not a primary care facility and the relationship with your PCP will need to be maintained for acute issues.

Once you schedule your first appointment, below is a checklist to help prepare for your visit:

Complete the new patient packet (attached below).

If you are coming for a non-covered service, please bring payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Cash. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
